Meet the Director

Mrs Latravia Glover

Hello and welcome to Ivy Kids Cross Creek! As Center Director, it is my goal to partner with each family to provide a fun, exceptional, safe, and nurturing learning environment for all our children. As a child care advocate, I am here to ensure the safe wellbeing of each child and provide quality education.

I have over 14 years of Early Childhood experience in a variety of educational sectors. I began my career as an infant teacher and later a Pre-K teacher. I also held a Child Life role at M.D Anderson Cancer Center where I provided support for young children, adolescents, and their parents coping with cancer. This was a very rewarding role that required strong nurturing and compassionate skills which I bring to all my roles.

I attended the University of Houston Downtown where I studied Business Administration. I later received my Director Credentials and also received mentorship at Collaborative for Children. I have held Director Roles at both corporate and franchise educational schools. Teaching and learning has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy teaching teams’ new innovative ways to teach and make learning fun for teachers and children.

I am based in Katy with my husband and son and look forward to working with families within the community. Here at Ivy Kids Cross Creek, we are all family.

“Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best they can possibly be”.

Meet the Education Director

Christina Green

I am delighted to be joining Ivy Kids at Cross Creek Ranch as the on-site education director.
I come from a family of educators and from a very young age I wanted to work in the field of early childhood education. I have over 10 years of experience in the early childhood education field.

My journey started as an assistant teacher at my mothers private owned center. I have held positions as a lead teacher with several age groups. In 2012 I obtained by texas directors credential. I furthered my education in 2014 with my Infant / Toddler child development associate credential. I have also taken several college course in education.

As a mother and educator I know how important is it for your child to attend a nurturing program that helps build a solid learning foundation for them. My goal as the Education Director is to ensure our program provides quality education in them in their early childhood years.
