As owners and parents, we are proud to serve families in our community with our amazing Multiple Intelligences research-based curriculum. We offer unique programs for infants, toddlers, preschool, and Pre-K. We also have an awesome program for before and after school-age children.

Naureen Banatwalla

With over 25 years of dedicated service in the educational industry, I have passionately devoted myself to fostering academic and social growth in young learners. My journey has encompassed various roles, from mentoring and training teachers to overseeing curriculum implementation. Yet, at the heart of it all, my unwavering commitment has always been to the students of Ivy Kids.

For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing the magic of children learning while having fun. I firmly believe in nurturing their development, both academically and socially, to equip them for the pivotal years ahead. Guiding young minds as they achieve developmental milestones at their own pace is a privilege I cherish.

My ultimate goal is to lay a solid foundation for our students, enabling them to evolve into successful, confident, and enthusiastic learners who carry this spirit into their schooling, careers, and lives. Early childhood education is my passion, and my mission as a Director at Ivy Kids of Lakemont is to create an environment brimming with positive guidance and encouragement, where children can flourish in a loving and nurturing atmosphere.

I’m proud to hold multiple certifications that reflect my commitment to excellence. As a licensed Teacher’s Trainer, Childcare Center Director, and Notary Public in the state of Texas, I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards in education. My Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Education allows me to streamline processes, enhance performance, and deliver quality. Most recently, I achieved the globally recognized Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating my dedication to continuous improvement.

As part of the Ivy Kids of Lakemont Family, I am excited to ensure that communication lines remain clear and to build relationships with our families based on respect, trust, and integrity. Together, we will provide the best preschool experience for every Ivy Kids family.

Shama Adtani

As the Education Director, I am passionate about shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.

My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to innovation and excellence. At Ivy Kids, I work closely with a dedicated team of educators to implement engaging, developmentally-appropriate curriculum that empowers children to explore, learn, and thrive. I believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

In my role, I strive to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and educational effectiveness. I am also deeply committed to building strong partnerships with parents and the community, recognizing that education is most impactful when it’s a collaborative effort.

My dedication to educational excellence is not limited to the confines of our centers but extends to the wider educational landscape. I am a firm believer in continuous learning and professional growth, and I actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of educational best practices.

When I’m not immersed in the world of early childhood education, I enjoy cooking and reading which allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my work.
