This Policy does not apply to information that Ivy Kids or its authorized franchisees collect from you offline, at, or through an early learning center operated under the Ivy Kids franchise system (“Early Learning Center”).

Your use of the Website, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to the provisions of this Policy and the Ivy Kids Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) including, but not limited to, its applicable limitations on liability and damages. Ivy Kids understands the importance of protecting the privacy of children. THE WEBSITE IS NOT INTENDED OR DESIGNED TO ATTRACT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13). Ivy Kids does not use the Website to collect personally identifiable data from any person that we know to be under the age of thirteen (13). If Ivy Kids discovers that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided Ivy Kids with personal information, Ivy Kids will delete such information from its systems.
