Dear Parents,

During this time of unprecedented events, from COVID-19 pandemic to the racial discrimination violations and human rights crisis facing our communities. We want to take this moment to write to you and reaffirm our values and commitment to you.

Ivy Kids is a family operated company that does not tolerate racism in any form. Ivy Kids founders, franchise owners, management teams and staff are all from diverse walks of life and multi ethnic backgrounds with rich cultural heritage. As a company we believe in kindness, inclusion, acceptance, equity, fairness and respect for every individual. Our focus has always been and remains to provide a loving, nurturing high-quality academic environment for children to help grow into WorldChangers, well-rounded individuals equipped for life success. Our curriculum emphasizes developing mindsets that respect all and humanity.

The racial injustice and tragic death of George Floyd and so many others prior has been heartbreaking to watch, and we know many of our families are searching for solutions. While we know there is no easy answer to systemic racial inequality, we know that as providers of early childhood care and development we play a vital role in contributing to the education of the next generation of children.

All Ivy Kids Early Learning Centers will continue to provide a learning environment that promotes acceptance, respect and fairness towards all individuals. We will continue to strive in providing a home-away-from-home where each child, family and employee is heard and valued. We advocate positive partnerships with all families and staff and strive to always celebrate the rich cultural diversity within all our centers and communities we serve.
